How does Komubox work?

  • We use the season’s best farm-fresh produce.
  • Select a grocery box plan that’s right for you. From mix box to only vegetables or fruits.
  • Flexible box sizes are great for singles, couples, and families.
  • Select delivery frequency preference, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
  • Komubox start at RM49.00 per box, and delivery is free on your first order.
  • We deliver weekly, but you can opt for bi-weekly or monthly or cancel anytime. Out of town? We can deliver there, too.
  • Just be sure to make your changes before the weekly cut off on Sunday at 12 p.m. See full details under “Making changes to your account” below.
  • Once your shopping window closes, we’ll get to work on packing your order.
  • We’ll deliver on your schedule: Most customers can choose any day Wednesday-Sunday, but depending on your zip code, your delivery day options may be limited so we can ensure freshness.
  • Our carefully engineered packaging sustains freshness through transit and arrival to your door.
  • We currently ship to most zip codes in Kuching and Kota Samarahan.

Covid-19 FAQ

  • Currently, there is no evidence of food borne transmission of COVID-19, and the CDC and our Supply team see no relevant risk or concern associated with food delivery. Within our warehouses, the Komubox Safety team has placed extra emphasis on our already stringent processes.
  • Every employee handling products and boxes wears protective gloves, and all employees are trained on proper hand washing, safe food handling, and effective preventive action.

Where do we Deliver & How it Works?

  • Currently, we deliver to most of Kuching and Kota Samarahan.
  • We’re expanding quickly, so be sure to check back often if we’re not in your neighborhood yet.
  • Your groceries will be delivered to you during your preferred delivery day (unless inform otherwise).
  • The driver will deliver your grocery box to you if you’re home or will find the safest place they can to leave your box if you aren’t. We make sure to pack your groceries carefully and securely so they’ll stay fresh if you aren’t home when they arrive!
  • Once your box has been successfully delivered, you will also receive a confirmation text message and delivery photo.
  • Please note that drivers can’t enter backyards, garages or your home to deliver your groceries and that there is a small delivery fee on each order, you can read more about it during checkout.
